上一篇中，主角費盡千辛萬苦，戰勝了撒旦魔王，然而迎來卻不是盛平的天下，黑暗潛伏著，他們耐心地等著，就這樣，過了千年……

【缺憾，將引領新的開始】

先在此修正些許先前的說法，先前就歌詞推測：主角可能私藏了一把鑰匙，也就是「第六把鑰匙」，
然而在前導的口白中，我們可以看見「the seventh sea」、「the seventh key」二詞，
說明了第二章中的「last」也有可能是指「主角旅程中到達的最後海洋」，
那麼我們的英雄會不會根本沒有到過第七片，也就是最後的大海？
上帝花了七天創造萬物，「7」在基督教中是完美的數字，而缺一的「6」代表不完美，
「666」也在先前提到是代表魔鬼的數字，究竟是第六把鑰匙消失了，或是第七把鑰匙被留下了？
無論如何，若「有鑰匙遺留」的推測正確，那麼將會是接下來故事的關鍵。

PS : 布萊德彼特與摩根費里曼於 1995年飾演的「七宗罪」中，最後出現的為「嫉妒」、「憤怒」二罪，就此安排，也能夠想想是否能對應到主角以及最後兩把鑰匙身上。

【終焉，英雄只是 ........】

最終章「King For a Thousand Years」收錄於 2005年發行的「Keeper of the Seven Keys - The Legacy」，
此時的主唱變成了擅長在高音與些許死腔間切換的 Andi，
而三部曲中， Sascha、Markus等其他團員也加入更多比例的創作，為此三部史詩打造最撼動人心的結局。

從開頭的口白，我們能更加確定，有某些剩餘的黑暗苟延殘喘著，等待著機會到來，
「more than one name to name」，有個有名字的東西，伴隨著主角凱歸，他們一起成為了「King for a thousand years」千年之王，
而這一千年間，透過「鑰匙」的第一人稱口吻，又發生了什麼呢？

「Whatever there's for you to see」，「Whatever there's attracting you, we'll give this turn to you」，
如同先前預測的「暴食」或「色欲」二罪一般，主角沒有成為聖賢明君，而是一位沉溺物質享受的昏君，甚至是暴君，
縱然有許多尾句「We, are a king for a thousand years」在大調轉換與交響配器的支撐下顯得金碧輝煌，也是魔鬼承諾的永遠強盛的「Reich of gold」，
然而不過是敗絮外的虛有其表；「Just say you pay me afterlife」、「Just say you want to share the power no one will withstand」，
主角與「鑰匙」達成了某種交易，用高昂的代價開啟了禁忌之門，得到了千年近乎永生的壽命，取之不盡的逸樂與無人可及的力量，
那麼代價很可能就是來世今生都成為黑暗手中的「A puppet on a string」，成為惡魔捲土重來的旗子，「Just be my human hand」。

「I know you secret」，主角的祕密被知道了，這個祕密非常可能就是「鑰匙」，鑰匙已是主角的一部分，
在王者的榮耀下潛伏著，成為千年中主角揮之不去的夢魘，
「I cannot die, I guess You know」，由於鑰匙與主角合而為一，且沒有鑰匙的力量，主角無法成為千年之王，
因此想「殺死」鑰匙是不可能的，更確切的說，鑰匙並沒有「死亡」的概念，擊敗鑰匙中邪惡的方法，只有將其找出，並投回其對應的大海。

這邊有一段歌詞，個人認為很有趣，
「Borrow me your hand to turn the key」，字面上看起來就是藉主角之手轉動鑰匙，
然而 turn這個字也有「return」、「歸還」的意味，
是否英雄的良知在千年間不停的呼喚，希望他從荒淫中醒來，正視自己的過錯，讓鑰匙回歸它應存在的海底，那最後到底怎麼樣了呢？
主角放棄永生，終於毀了最後一把鑰匙？或是繼續在內心掙扎拉扯著，那麼黑暗眾王很可能也已經準備好回歸了……

三部曲的結局，並不是傳統力量金屬的勝利凱歸，萬世太平，
反而是耐人尋味的細水長流，劇情是否會如此延續：
千年的偽王統治著空洞的帝國，遭致災厄的回歸，
萬鬼之夜的浩劫再臨，新的英雄被授予天命，
再度戰勝邪惡，卻又為鑰匙猶豫不決……

永無止盡的輪迴，人類不過是受神魔玩弄的旗子，萬鬼的恐懼將再度被世人遺忘，
萬聖夜，人們如歷年般上街遊行，實施著可愛的恐怖，
孩子們要著糖果，商人因節日賺滿荷包，同聖經路西法帶著眾多天使背叛展開大戰，
最終墮落成魔的千年一戰之約，歷史與錯誤將不斷上演。
人類的無法抹滅的「原罪」，我想可能是「知錯難改」以及「健忘」，這也可能是 Helloween的三部史詩想傳達的意旨，
我們為主角的墮落感到惋惜，然而，在現實的種種壓迫下，誰不想成為「七把鑰匙的主人」呢？

The Keeper of the Seven Keys三部評析完結，希望大家喜歡
